The best time to have coffee is...
When the sun is coming up and the birds are starting to chirp and tweet and do whatever else birds do. It's so peaceful at this point in time. I have a chance to think, muse and generally prepare myself for the day to come. The rabbits are out and about scurrying here and there, and the bees will soon be buzzing around feeding on the rosemary flowers.
